# Sandbox test data

> What is different in the sandbox. The steps themselves are in the quick start.

| **QRs** | Pay only QRs from [`POST /sandbox/qr-codes`](/api-reference/payouts/sandbox-qr-code): the QR network's test environment refuses any other (`rejected`, `QR_REFUSED`, nothing reserved). Keep amounts small, Bs 10–100. |
| **Price** | The QR network's test price, plus your margin. |
| **Per-payment cap** | Bs 1,000.00. Above it you get `422 AMOUNT_EXCEEDS_PROVIDER_LIMIT` with `max_amount`. |
| **Chain** | Tron Shasta testnet. the sandbox test token (contract `TYR7yDZAns63L8Cmu4EyPPxDgktq9sguvB`) stands in for USDT: send it, never real USDT, to your sandbox top-up address. It has 2 decimals, and each token is credited as 1 USDT. Add it to your wallet as a custom token to see it; your wallet may show it under its own name. |
| **Faucet** | [`POST /sandbox/faucet`](/api-reference/wallet/faucet) sends test tokens to your own wallet. 100.00 per request; 1,000.00 and 10 requests per 24 hours; 1,000.00 per receiving address per 24 hours; 60 seconds between requests; and a daily total shared by every sandbox key. It refuses Rampa addresses, including your top-up address. Need more? Ask us. |
| **Top-ups** | Send faucet tokens from your own wallet to your top-up address, as you will in production: a real deposit, with its `deposit.*` webhooks. It is credited automatically once the transfer confirms; `GET /wallets` shows the balance and `GET /wallets/transactions` the top-up. |
| **Data** | Sandbox balances persist between sessions and are never reset without notice. |
