Scope: accounts:read
One entry per account, each with its acc_ id: type crypto — your USDT wallet, the same balance GET /wallets shows — and fiat — the BOB you can pay out right now, net of payments already in flight. The BOB entry is payout capacity, not money you hold, and is listed only once a payout balance is provisioned for you. reserved is held by payments that have not finished, or null where it is not tracked. Pass account_id for one account only. Check the BOB entry before quoting a large payment to avoid INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS.
